Crosstown offers several different warranties depending on which service the customer signs on for. Services include but are not limited to: 1 time or single services, monthly recurring services, bi-monthly recurring services, quarterly recurring services, and other variations of recurring or single services. All recurring services come with a 60 day reservice warranty, meaning that if you see bugs within in those 60 days Crosstown Pest will return and spray again. All 1 time or single services come with a 30 day warranty. While Crosstown Pest will try all possible and legal avenues to solve the home/business owners pest issue it's possible that we may not be able to eradicate all pests all of the time. In the case that we can not eliminate a pest issue, then the customer is eligible for a full refund of the cost of the most recent service performed at their home or business.
Crosstown Pest Control Does not offer services or warranties for pocket gophers, bats, small mammals, birds, squirrels, bed bugs, or termites. In the case that Crosstown refers you to another company that company then assumes all liability for ay of the above mentioned services.
This warranty does not cover your service if you do not follow the directions written or verbally given by your technician at time of service regarding sanitation and cleanliness around your home.
